  • Lunchtime Bootcamp: Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:30-1:30pm and some Saturdays 12:30pm-1:30pm  at Cedar Rose Park (1300 Rose St) in Berkeley.  Special Rate: $81 for 9 sessions + 1 extra free session, $55 for 5 sessions, Drop-in Rate: $15.  Avoid the gym fees and work out in the great outdoors! You get a full body strength, cardio, core, balance, & agility workout!
