About Cam
Cameron is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a Road Runners Club of America Certified Long Distance Running Coach. She has been working in the fitness industry for nine years. She has experience teaching strength and conditioning classes, bootcamp, kettlebell, and circuit training classes. Cameron’s personal experience includes 19 years of competitive running, and 13 years of weight lifting/strength training.
She enjoys traveling to run marathons, embarking on long distance hikes, kickboxing, traveling for pleasure worldwide, counseling, and eating nutritious vegan food. Cameron’s mission is to help others feel healthy, strong, confident, and capable. She believes that it is important to find exercise that challenges you and feels enjoyable.
