One-on-One Personal Training

Personal Training is a safe and effective way to help you achieve your fitness goals.  My Personal Training sessions help you lose fat, gain muscle, build your strength, boost your confidence, increase your capabilities, and improve your health and life!

$80 for one hour session. Take advantage of my packages that make it cheaper per hour (total paid upfront):

$560 for 8 sessions

Bootcamp Fitness Classes

Working out with a group is an excellent way to stay motivated, have fun, challenge yourself, and meet new people. Bootcamp consists of intense, challenging, yet fun exercises that use your whole body.  You will increase your strength & confidence, lose fat, improve your health and life!

$55 for 5 classes

$81 for 10 classes

$15 Drop-In Fee

Personal Training sessions and Bootcamp classes are one hour long that consist of cardio, strength, core, and flexibility exercises.

They can include:

Functional Full Body weight exercises such as: squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling, balance, and planking exercises

Cardio/Plyometric Exercises such as: jumping, hopping, running, crawling

Weights, Resistance Bands, Stability Ball, Medicine Ball, Kettlebell

Partner Personal Training:

I offer Personal Training for you and your friend or partner at a discounted rate! Contact me for more details.
